Barratt Homes Project
A Major Milestone for Northwest Fencing Services
We're delighted to share some exciting news as we continue to grow and develop as a business.
This morning, Tom and Mike travelled to Penrith in the Lake District to meet with Barratt Homes as we take the next step towards becoming one of their principal fencing contractors.
For us, this represents a significant milestone and another major achievement in the journey of Northwest Fencing Services. To be entering discussions and securing opportunities with one of the UK's leading housebuilders after only halfway through our second year in business is something we are incredibly proud of.
From day one, our ambition has been to establish ourselves within the new-build and commercial sectors. While we always believed we could achieve it, we certainly didn't expect to reach this stage so quickly.
We're excited to announce that we'll be starting work at the Carleton Road development in Penrith this October, and we're looking forward to delivering the high standards of workmanship and service that our clients have come to expect from us.
As we approach the end of our second year, we're doing so with real momentum and optimism for the future. We'd like to thank our team, clients, suppliers, and everyone who has supported us along the way.
This achievement is proof that with hard work, determination, and belief in your goals, great things can happen.
Here's to the future of Northwest Fencing Services Ltd. 🚧👏

We were proud to support Comic Relief and DIY SOS on their incredible project for The Joshua Tree, a charity providing vital support to families affected by childhood cancer.
Our team contributed to the build, working alongside volunteers, tradespeople, and the DIY SOS crew to help create a space that will make a real difference to children and their families.
Recently, we were invited back to see the finished results — an inspiring day shared with our whole team and the amazing participants who brought the project to life. It was a privilege to be part of something so meaningful, and we’re grateful to everyone involved for the hard work, energy, and heart they put into the build.
